ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the
Joint Stipulation to Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice filed
herein by the parties, through their attorneys, and the Court
-being duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same
is hereby dismissed as to all claims, with prejudice-, at the
cost of the parties, as settled.
