the-Lis Pendens and the Court having duly heard arguanent of counsel and being
otherwise fully advised, it is hereby

j ORDER AND ADJUDC~D that the Defendants Nation is hereby granted,
except as to the portion of the property where the tennis courts are to be
erncted, irore particularly described as follows:

Begin at the Point of Intersection of the North. line of Section 11,
Zt~nLShip 37 South, Range 41 East, and the Easterly Right of Way line
j of State Read A-1-A; thence rim N 89°56'05" E, along the North line
i( of said Section 11, a distance of 93.85 feet; thence run N 64°00'00"
E a distance of 55.00 feet; theme run S 26°00'00" E a distance of
135.00 feet; thence run S 64°00'OU" W a distance of 125.00 feet;
thence run S 89°56'05" W a distance of 23.31 feet to the Point of
Intersection with the Easterly Right of Way lime of the aforesaid '
State Road A-1-A; thence nm N 23°49'26" W along said Easterly Right
of Way line a distance of 102.27~feet to the Point of Curvature of a
jf curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of II,644.49 feet;
thence run Northwesterly along the arc of said curve a distance of
63.78 feet to the POINT OF BDCINNING.
