provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is in tlrc best interests and for the benefit of all ~

Condominium covenant vrd agree to abide by cash and every provision of said Declara- -
tion of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-

are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said 1'trrchaser ackrrawledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Coverrtnts vul Restrictions of the Property Aarrers' Association

Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Ieclaration of Covenants _
and Restrictions of the Property U~r~ers' Association grid said Purchaser asstanes the
