The foregoing sentence shall not limit the applkabWty of Federal law to this mortgage" Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property, Borrower. Lender and Note contained in the above described master torm of mortgage and incoryorated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Properly. Borrower, Lender and Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ADDtTtONAL NON111VffORM COVENANTS Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: , 21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shah be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory noted stating that said notes are secured hereby.
