HEREIN COVENANT AND AGREE THAI:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shah make vrithin 15 days cf the due
date herein, the payments called for ire the first mortgage and
second mortgage now encumbering this property, to the I•:ORmG~:GEE

MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall,at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing the existences of this herein
mortgage and the amount still due hereunder, on an estoppel
forirt provided for this purpose by the bORTGAGEE herein. ~
(3) This is a PURCHASE MONEY THIRD MGRTGAGE.

E (4) Upon request by the MORTGAGCRS herein, the IAORr"GAGEE Y,ereir., at
its option, within twenty (2C} years frcm tree date of this
mortgage deed may make future advances to the MORTGAGORS herein.
Such future advances, with interest thereon shall be secured
