For value received, I, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their offige in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of s 1, 870.00++
with interest from date at the rate of 18.0 96 per annum, in monthty,installments as follows:
~ 33.70+++ on the 10th day of Apr11,1980 ~ and a like sum on the corresponding
day of each like succeeding month thereafter for a period of 120 months, at which time the entire unpaid
balance becomes due and payable on demand.
A late payment charge of ~ 15' 00 ,shall be added to each payment remaining unpaid 7 days after its
due date and a like sum shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeed-
ing payment date.
Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balancre
of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
i the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
S and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
~ or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and Paws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof.
