has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA`.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO t
CORPORATION. said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300
Page 1461 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
- hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 7 Block 145 Unit 11

and now held in the name of : Mr & Mrs Paul Kelly
