AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, a notary public, duly authorized to
administer oaths-and take acknowledgments, appeared
N. RICHARD SCHOPP, who under oath deposes and states:
1. That he is an attorney at law, licensed
to practice in the State of Florida, and practices at
Suite 204, Citizens Federal Building, 8410 South Federal
Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
2. That he personally knows Lynn B. Preston,
a/k/a Lynn E. Preston, and has represented her in a certain
action in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, styled IN RE: The
Marriage of LYNN B. PRESTON, Wife, and MATTHEW PRESTON, Husband.
3. That Lynn E. Preston and Lynn B. Preston are one
and the same person, having previously owned real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Lot 25, Block 260, PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION TWENTY-FOUR, according to
the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 31A-C, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
4. That Lynn Elizabeth Preston .had a maiden name of
L nn Elizabeth Brereton, and therefore a discrepancy in the

public records appears between the Warranty Deed recorded in
Official Record Book 269, Page 2785 and the Warranty Deed
recorded in Official Record Book 285, Page 678, all in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The latter
deed was prepared and recorded pursuant to the marital action
described above.
