FINAL JUDGMENT -
_ After due notice, by or to all parties affected, on
March 3, 1980, a hearing was held before the Court with respect
to the Motion for Entry of Final Judgment filed herein by the
Plaintiffs, ROWS ADVERTISING PROMOTIONS, INC., a Florida
corporation, and RONALD B. THRASH, Individually; and it appear-
ing that the parties have previously entered into a Stipulation
dated'December 7, 1979 wherein it was agreed that the Defendant,
RICHARD P. JOHNSON d/b/a THE VILLAGE PRINTER, was indebted to
the Plaintiff in the amount of $18,369.45, by virtue of a
i Promissory Note, Security Agreement and Memorandum of Agreement,
all dated July 6, 1977, and it was further stipulated that the
Defendant would pay to the Plaintiff $2,000.00 on or before
December 7, 1979, and that the remaining balance of $16,369.45,
~ with interest from December 7, 1979, at the rate of Eight and
Three-Quarters Percent (8 3/4'0) per annum, would be paid at
the rate of $500.00 per month commencing January 1, 1980, and
a like sum on the corresponding day of each succeeding month
- until paid in full. And, additionally, it was provided that
in the event of a default in the payments required under the
Stipuation, the Plaintiffs may after due notice, request that

a Final Judgment be entered in favor of the Plaintiffs granting
3 the relief requested in the Complaint. The Plaintiffs have
f filed with the Court an Affidavit demonstrating that the only
payment made under the Stipulation of December 7, 1979 was a
