in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, in accordance with
§45.031, Florida Statutes. Plaintiffs shall advance all sub-
sequent costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them '
by the Clerk, if Plaintiffs are not the purchasers of the
property at the sale. If Plaintiffs are the purchasers, the
Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the total sum, with
interest, and costs accruing subsequent to this Judgment or
such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full. Prior
to the sale, the Clerk shall advertise a Notice of Sale in a
newspaper circulated in St. Lucie County, and said Notice of
Sale shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks
prior to the sale date. Any party to this action may be a
purchaser at said sale, and if the Plaintiffs are the purchasers
the Clerk shall credit Plaintiffs' bid with the total amount
of this Judgment, plus interest and costs accruing subsequent
to t'ne entry of this Judgment or such part of it as is~necessary
~ to pay the bid in full.
On the filing of the Certificate of Title, the Clerk
shall distribute the proceeds of'the sale so far as they are
sufficient by paying first all of the Plaintiffs' costs; second,
Plaintiffs' attorneys' fees; third, the total sum due the

Plaintifff, less the items paid, plus interest at the rate
prescribed by law from this date to the date of sale. Any
surplus remaining after the payment of all said sums, shall
~ be paid by the Clerk of this Court to the Defendant, and if
~ the proceeds of the said sale shall be insufficient to pay the
amounts so found due to Plaintiffs with interest, attorneys
2 fees, costs and expenses of sale, as aforesaid, that thereupon,
the Plaintiffs shall recover of and from the Defendant the
amount of such deficiency with interest thereon at the legal
3 rate from the date of said sale and the Plaintiffs are author-
ized to make application to this Court for the entry of Judgment,
as aforesaid, for such deficiency.
