FINAL JUDGMENT CASE N0: 79-90 CA
The equipment described in Plaintiffs' Complaint to
foreclose Security Interest and which has hereinabove been
ordered to be sold is located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
described as follows:
1. 1-AMF Multilith, Model 1250
2. 1-AMF Multilith, Model 1250 (with Chaim ~elivery)
Also, all goods, personal property, fixtures, inventory
or other goods, held for sale, located and used in
connection with the business known as "The Village
Printer", Fort Pierce, Florida, including documents,
general intangibles, accounts and contract rights
(other than accounts receivable) and goodwill.
Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further
` Orders as are proper, including,. without limitation, an Order
assessing a reasonable attorneys fee for the Plaintiffs'
counsel, and assessing taxable costs.
FOR ALL OF WHICH LET EXECUTION ISSUE.
