YACHT CLUB, as recorded at Official Record Book 327 ,
Page 924 Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
5. other covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations, and easements of record, if any.

AND Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said real
property, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons.
