AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
This action~came-before the court. On the ev3.dence presented ~
IT IS ADJUDGED that;
1. Plaintiff, G. B, WALTERS, SR., is due $4,766.07 as
principal, $367,9$, as'interest to date of his judgment, and
$72.50 as costs of this action and attorney's fees of $750.04
under F.S,A~ s57,105, making a total sum of $5,956.55.
2, Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or ea-tate of defendants, LUCY MAE LEE and CHESLEY V.
MORTON, on the following described property in St. Lucie County, j
~ Florida: -

Lot 22, Block 7,. LINCOLN PARK #2 Subdivision,
{ as per plat thereof in Plat Book 3, page 4,
according to the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the clerk
of this court shall sell the property at public sale or. the
day of ~ 1980, at 11:00a.m., to the highest and best
bidder or cash, except as set forth here i. after, at the East door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, in
accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
