PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGJIGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, CITIBANK, N.A., foremerly known as First National City
Bank, a national banking association organized under the laws of the
United States of America, is now the owner and holder by assignment
of the following mortgages and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein.
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification. of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of,St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested CITIBANK, N.A.,
formerly known as First National City Bank, to release the property
hereinafter described, being a part of the mortgaged premises, from
- the lien and operation of said mortgage; -
NOM, THEREFORE, CITIBANK, N.A., formerly known as First National
City Bank, in consideration of the premises and the sum of ~ & 00

operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor,-its successors
and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed by said
mortgage more particularly described as follows:

of Amerlca at Nettles Island, according to plat
of Nettles Island Project recorded in Plat Book 16,
Pages 1 through 1(j) inclusive, and Declaration of '
Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2720, as last amended in Official Record Book
192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, .
alter, or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not releasers
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
