I, D. H. SAUNDERS, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this, my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore
made. - -
ITEM ONE
I direct the payment of my legal debts, including the expense of my
last illness by my Personal Representative hereinafter named, as- soon after
my demise as may be expedient.
ITEM TWO
I give, bequeath and devise unto my brother, RAYMOND SAUNDERS,
all of my estate, real personal or mixed, wheresoever the same may be
situated to be his absolutely.
. - ITEM THREE
I hereby constitute and appoint my brother, RAYMOND SAUNDERS, the
Fersonal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly
confer upon him powers as such Personal Representative to administer my
estate without bond, and excusing him from making any returns to any Court.

I further expressly confer upon him full authority and power to sell and convey
any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice,
as he may deem best, and without any order from any Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto. set my hand and seal to this,
