2. Decedent, J. HENRY RAREFY, whose last known
address was 1119 Rosedale Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was 87 years, and whose social security number is 037-03-4838,
died on March 5, 1980, at The Convalescent Pavilion, Jupiter,
Florida, 33458 and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
