LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
J. HENRY BARLEY
I, J. HENRY BARLEY, of St. Lucie County, Florida, d0
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Personal Representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise such of my tangible
personal property to those persons designated in a separate
writing in existence at the time of my death which is signed
by me and which describes the items ,and the devisees with .
reasonable certainty.
CLAUSE III: I direct my Personal Representative to
liquidate all of the remaining assets I may own at the time
of my death and my entire residuary estate shall be
distributed as follows:
A. To my sister, ELIZABETH ONLEY, presently resid-
ing i.n Gainesville, Florida, the sum of Three
Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars; provided, however,
that if my said sister does not survive me, said
devise shall go instead to my niece, MARTHA BELL,
1705 Northwest 21st Street, Gainesville, Florida;
B. To my sister, AELEN BARLEY, presently resid-
ing in Gainesville, Florida, the sum of Three
Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars; provided, however,
that if my said sister does not survive me, said
devise shall go instead to my niece, MARTHA BELL;
C. To my son, JOHN H. BARLEY, JR., presently
residing at Box 25, Marine View Plaza, Hoboken,
New Jersey, the sum of Eighteen Thousand ($18,000.00)
. Dollars; provided that if my said son does-not sur-
-wive me then said sum shall go instead to his
wife, NAOMI BARLEY.
