N. Except as otherwise provided, if any of the
above-named individuals shall fail to survive me,
then his or her devise shall lapse and shall pass
into the portion of my residuary estate devised in
subparagraph O next succeeding.
O. The balance of my residuary estate, including
- any lapsed devises, shall be divided among the
beneficiaries named in subparagraphs A through M
of this CLAUSE III who survive me and such division
shall be upon the same percentage basis as their
original .devise bears to the total value of my
