LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF J. HENRY HARLEY - Page Three
estate at my death. By way of illustration only, if
a Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollar bequest under
subparagraph A of this CLAUSE III equals ten (108)
percent of the total value of my estate at the date
of my death, then such beneficiary shall receive ten
(108) percent of the residuary estate devised under
this subparagraph O..
CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint SUN HANR OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor, as
Personal Representative of this Will.
My Personal Representative•shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE Vs It is my request that YATES FU1~EItAL HOME
be in charge of my funeral arrangements and that there be no
public service conducted. I direct -that my body be cremated
and my remains cast into the Atlantic Ocean.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
