The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as sole
beneficiary, whose address is as set forth in paragraph 3, and the
name of her attorney is as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, MYRTLE RAE MILLIKEN, whose last known address
was 1709 Coronado Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died on November
8, 1979 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of her death, dece-
dent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. -
3. So far as is known, the name and address of the bene-
ficiary of this estate, her address and relationship_to decedent,
is:
