6. The estate is not•indebeted.
7. It is proposed that all probate assets of the decedent,
be distributed or disposed of as follows;

8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
19 7 s is in the possession of the above Court.
10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as re-
quired by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that decedent's last will be admitted to
probate and an order of family administration be entered directing dis-
tribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule
as set forth in paragraph 7 of this petition.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
