described; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of Section 36, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, 390 feet, more or less, along the North line of land conveyed by -the
grantors to Don L. Rinehart; to the West bank of Indian River; thence Northwesterly
along the West bank of Indian River, 108 feet more or less; thence Westerly parallel
to the South line 340 feet, more or less, to the East right of way line of the
j Florida East Coast Railway Co.; then Southeasterly along said right of way line
108 feet to the point of beginning; excluding therefrom the right of way of
