the Court being fully advised, therein, thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That all process under the abovestyled cause contrary to the
Order of the United States District Court of June 16, 1976, be and the
same is hereby held in abeyance pending further Order of the Court.
