YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted by
the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendants in

the above-specified Court involving the following described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 17 of Block 2, of the RE-PLAT OF SUNSET PARK SUBDIVISION
as per the plat thereof, on file in Plat Book 11, Page 28,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie~County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
is the foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff
encumbering the. said property, to declare-all other interests in "
the property to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff and to fore-
close same, and for certain other relief.
