Charles R. Fitzpatrick being duly sworn, deposes and says;
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LA KEWOOD PARK CORPORP.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CaRFORATION, and LAKE UVDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of malntenanoe
tees assessed, said Affidav[t being recorded in Official Record Book 300
Page 1461 .Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
