O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Wife's allegations for
temporary relief as alleged in the Amended Petition for Dissolution of Marriage
filed herein by the Wife, upon hearing argument of counsel it is therefore,
ORDERED that temporary custody of the minor child of the parties,
to-wit: JAMES ADAM LEDLOW, is hereby awarded to the Wife, and further,
ORDERED that the Husband shall be allowed reasonable visitations
rights with the minor child, and further
ORDERED that the Husband shall pay the Wife the sum of $35.00 per
week, beginning the 2-~ day of , 1980, for temporary support of the
minor child of the parties. Eacy payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to VICRIE SIDES LEDLOW. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the-parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses as all times while this Order is in
effect.. And further,
- ORDERED that the Wife shall be granted temporary possession of the

marital residence of the parties, located at 5200 Palm_Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and further.,
ORDERED that each party temporarily shall keep possession of the

vehicle of which he or she presently has possession, such that the Wife shall
keep the 1973 Volkswagon automobile and the Husband shall keep the 1978 Toyota
automobile, and further
