THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon respondent's
i4otion to Transfer for Improper Venue. or to Abate for Improper
Venue on march 17, 1980; counsel for petitioner appeared,
petitioner did not appear in person. Respondent appeared in
person together with his counsel.. And the Court having heard
the argument of counsel, the pleadings previously filed, and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: .
1. That this cause be and the same is hereby transferred
from the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Saint
I
Lucie County, to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and
for Palm Beach County.
2. That the Clerk of this Court upon the payment by
respondent of the Clerk's costs and fees, transmit to the Clerk
of the Court to which this action is ordered transferred, a
certified copy of this Order and all the pleadings and papers
on file in this office relating to said cause.
~ 3. That the costs and fees, if any, of filing the papers
anew be paid by the petitioner.
