ORDER STRIKING ANSWER AND COUNTERCLAIM
This cause, having come on to be heard before me,
upon Motion of the Husband, IJESTER PROCTOR, to strike Paragraph
3 of the Answer of Wife, FREDDIE.MAE PROCTOR, and to strike
Paragraph 9 of the Counterclaim of Wife, FREDDIE MAE PROCTOR,
and this Court having heard the argument of counsel on
March 12, 1980, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike be
and the same is hereby granted. Paragraph 3 of the Answer
of FREDDIE MAE PROCTOR and Paragraph 9 of-the Counterclaim
~ for Dissolution of Marriage of FREDDIE MAE PROCTOR shall be
stricken.
