THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the Wife's
t
Motion to Modify Order and the Court having found the ~
t
necessity to define the visitation rights of the father with
i
the minor child of the parties, it is ~ ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Until the final hearing in this cause the father,
~ ~ ;1
FDALE R. CROWNOVER, shall have the rights of visitation with i
f•
his son, KYLE ROY CROWNOVER, every other weekend commencing I ~

iMarch 29,1980. The visitation period shall consist of the
Husband picking up the minor child from either the Wife
or the Wife's babysitter between 12:00 noon and 12:30 P.M: #

on Saturday and retuning said child to the Wife or the ~
Wife's babysitter between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday

of .that weekend. The Husband is ordered to contact the Wife

land notify her on or before 6:00 p.m. Friday of the weekend ~
~ which he is not able to pick up the child on Saturday. In

those cases where the Husband is incapable of picking up~the ~
child on Saturday for his visitation then he shall have the
right of visitation on Sunday of that same weekend by picking
~up the child between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on

~~Sunday morning and returning the child to the Wife between
i
~lthe hours of 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening.

f 2. On the weekends of visitation the Wife shall provide
the proper clothing necessary for the ~ hild for the visitation
- `and said clothing shall be returned at the end of the visita-
tion in clean order.
