FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, RECORDED
IN O.R. BOOK 313, PAGE 1811, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH GRANTEE HEREIN ASSUMES AND AGREES TO PAY.
GRANTOR CERTIFIES THAT THE ABOVE PROPERTY IS NOT HIS HOMESTEAD AS
