sum mentioned in said note, and this mortgage, or the entire balance unpaid thereon, shall forthwith or
thereafter, of fhe option of fhe mortgagee, become and 6e due and payable, anything in said note or heroin
to the ronfrory nofu+itltstanding. Failure by the mortgagee to exercise any of fhe rights or options heroin
