East; 1119.03 feet to the point of beginning, thence
continue South 1°22'44" East 44.67 feet, thence run South
1°14'30" East, 115.33 feet to the North line of an 80
"foot right of way for Nebraska .Avenue, thence run North
89°28'42" West, 150 feet, thence run North 1°22'44" West _
