RESTRAINING ORDER -
THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on the Petition
^f PATTY FLEWELLING for a Restraining Order and the Court having
reviewed the file and taken testimony of the Petitioner, and being
otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, finds as follows:
1. That immediate harm may result if the Court fails to
grant the requested relief;
2. Petitioner is without funds to pay for or means from
which to obtain a pond from a surety company and financially unable
to provide a bond of any kind or type in this matter;
3. That title to the marital dwelling is in the Petitioner's
name and her mother's name and not in the Respondent's name. It is
thereupon
- ORDERED AIvD ADJUDGED that the Respondent, HOWARD FLEWELLING,,
a
shall, and he is hereby ordered to vacate the premises of the marital
residence at 2510 Jersey Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, forthwith and
remain away from said premises until otherwise ordered by this Court;
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, HOWARD FLEWELLING,
shall and he is hereby ordered to refrain from intimidating, harassing,
threatening-or otherwise annoying the Petitioner, PATTY FLEWELLING;
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Norwell, Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, or-any of his duly authorized deputies, shall and he
is hereby ordered to. enforce this order without further direction of
