PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
-
The undersigned, as Guardian of the person and property of

MYRTLE MAE MILLIKEN, Incompetent, alleges:
1. That the need for the continuance of this guardianship
no longer exists by reason of the fact that said Incompetent died
on the 8th day of November, 1979.
2. That your Petitioner is the sole beneficiary under the
Last Will and Testament of MYRTLE MAE MILLIKEN; that there are no
parties to be notified of this proceedings; and that your Petitioner
hereby waives .final accounting, and moves for. disharge of your Peti-
tioner as Guardian.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered
discharging Petitioner as Guardian and releasing the surety on Peti-
tioner'.s bond, if any, from further liability.
- UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY,. I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
