ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Discharge of
the Guardian of the property of TESSIE SOLOWINSKI; and notice hereof
having been served on all interested persons; and the Court being
satisfied that the Guardian has-faithfully discharged the duties as
such Guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate final return,
and has delivered the assets of the ward to the person entitled
thereto; it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the final return and any returns
not previously approved are hereby approved; that the-said Guardian
is discharged and the surety on the Guardian's bond, if any, is
released from further- liability.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
