Florida, and has been for the past twelve years.

3. The deed of conveyance to ANTHONY VALICENTI and
GERALDINE VALICENTI, his wife, was executed for PAULINE
BODELL, by her attorney in fact, JUANI7~A B. HANSEN, in ~

accordance with a Power of Attorney executed by PAULINE
BODELL on January 18 , 1973, and recorded in Official Records ~
Book 280, Page 248, Public Records of St. Lucie County,

4. The Affiant further says that he knows of his own
knowledge that prior to, and on the 17th day of February,
-1978, PAULINE BODELL was ill and in a nursing home~in Orlando,

5. The Affiant further says, that PAULINE BODELL was
