Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and ;
Non-Uniform Covaaaats 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property, Barow~, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and i~noorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
2I. Future Advances. Upoa request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, .with
