Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20, 22, -and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenara to the Property. Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of ~
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower aclanowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions - ~
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. !
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender -further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years i "
