whereof is duly acknowledged, the said Mortgagees hereby agree that its said
mortgage, above-described, is a subordinate and inferior lien against said

is Mortgagor, and the said Sun Bank of St. Lucie County is Mortgagee, said -

.with all advances to be made in the future as provided therein, and which

This Subordination Indenture is executed and delivered by the said Mort-
gagees for the purpose of inducing the said Sun BaAk of St..luci~e County, to
lend the said Kent Development, Ltd.,~a Florida limited partnership, the sum

The Mortgagees herein consent and-agree to~the recording date and the re-
cording information of the ®ortgage in favor of Sun Bank of St. Lucie County ~
being inserted subsequent to the date hereof.
