AGREEMENT FOR DEED
MADE this 21st day of "arch 1980, between

ROBERT H. MORRIS and RUTH A. MORRIS, his wife, 3101 Mohawk Avenue, i
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the first part, and JOHN DICKENS,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second party.
WITNESSETH, that if the said party of the second part-shall
.r, first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned

party hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said ~

party of the. second part, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances

- described land; situate and being in the County of St. Lucie, State

of Florida, to wit: ~
Lot 20 and the-South one-half of Lot 19, Block 47,

~ thereof, as recorded in Plat Book S,--Page 57, of
- the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

SUBJECT TO conditions, reservations, restrictions, _
limitations and easements of record; applicable
zoning ordinances and taxes and assessments.
and the said party of the second part herein hereby covenants and
~ agrees to pay the said party of the first part the sum THIRTY-SIX
~ THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($36,500.00), less a down ~

E payment of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00),

and FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED A'~D NO/lO0 DOLLARS ($4,600.00), upon
the party of the second part taking occupancy of said property or ~
~ the first of May, 1980, whichever shall occur first, for a balance of
TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($28,900.00),
together with interest from date at the rate of 9 3/49'. per annum,
said principal and interest, taxes and insurance being payable as
follows, to wit:

Two Hundred Eighty-nine Dollars ($2.89.00) per month
which shall include interest and Twenty-nine and
16/100 Dollars ($29.16) escrow for taxes and insurance
