purpose of correcting that certain Blortgage given by Mortgagor
-herein to Mortgagee herein dated the 29th day of January, 1980 and
recorded inllook 324, Page 2142 of the Official Records of St. Lucie
. Oounty, Florida. Rhe following errors are hereby corrected:
1. She words "St. Lucie" are added following the words "being in
the Q~unty of" in the second paragraph, first page. _
2. Ztte words "Rail and Rrist Furniture Oorp." are added following
the words "in behalf of in the last paragraph, first page.
It is hereby agreed between the parties heret-~o that if the Mortgagor, statr
Sequent to the date of this mot-tgage,.oonveys, contracts, or attempts bo sell
the above-described mortigagecl property in any macuier whatsoever, while said
~ property is taoctgaged to the Mortgagee and without the written consent of the
Mortgagee then, and in such event, the whole sun of principal and interest of
the debt secured by this mot:tgage shall, at the option of the Mortgagee,
become immediately due and payable and this mortgage may be foreclosed at once
if said debt is rot paid in full.

declaring that it is intended that the items herein enumerated shall ba deemed to have been permanently in-
stalled as part of the realty), and all improvements now or herafter existing thereon; the hereditamehts and
appurtentinees and a!1 other rights thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and re-
vcr.ions, remainder and remainders, all rights of redemption, and the rents, issues, and proiita of the above
described property (provided, however, that the mortgagor shall be entitled to the possession of said property
and to collect and retain the rents, issues, and pro6is until default hereunder). To have and to hold the same
unto the mortgagee and the successors in interest of the mortgagee forever in fee simple or such other estate,
if any, as is stated herein.
