This matter came before the Court for trial on the
issue of breach of contract and damages, and pursuant to-the
verdict rendered in this action on January 22, 1980, wherein a

duly impaneled jury entered a verdict, signed by the foreperson,
Cecelia A. Steffek, assessing the damages of the Plaintiff,
THE FURST COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE, in the amount of $17,500.00,
a ainst the Defendants, F'I. B. SKAGGS and MARY Ai1N SKAGGS, his

wife, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. that the Plaintiff, THE FURST C02~PANY
OF FORT PIERCE, recover from the Defendants, M. B. SKAGGS and
MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, the sum of $17,500.00, it is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs Motion
to Tax Costs is granted; the Plaintiff, THE FURST COMPANY OF
FORT PIERCE, shall have and recover from the Defendants, M. B.
~ SKAGGS and MARY Aiv'Y SKAGGS, his wife, the sun of $658.10, as =
taxable costs.
