personally appeared JACK CROWLEY, President of PYRAMID EQUITIES,
INC., who being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That this Affidavit is made in compliance with
Section 865.09 of the Florida Statutes.-
. That the Affiant composes all of the persons
interested in the business enterprise known and doing business
as: FLORI BUILDERS, located and operating at the following I
address:
1063 Floresta Drive
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452
and that the extent of the interest of each Affiant in said
enterprise is as follows:

That the Affiant has advertised its intention to
register the foregoing .fictitious name .pursuant to the provisions
of Section 865.0.9, Florida Statutes, at least once a week for
four consecutive weeks prior to the filing of this Affidavit in
The News Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation of St. Lucie
