ORDER DISMISSING MOTION
This cause coming on to be heard on Friday, March 21,
1980 on the Husband's Motion for Restraining Order, and the Wife
and counsel for each of the parties-being present, and Errol S.
Willes, Esquire, attorney for the Husband, having made an oral
motion to withdraw the Motion for Restraining Order and the
. Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband's oral. motion to
withdraw the Motion for Restraining Order be and the same is
hereby granted and the said Motion for Restraining Order is
hereby dismissed.
