'That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by

has granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs-and ~ ~
assigns forever, the following described real property, located and situate in the

according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded
in Official Records Book 321, Pages 2609 through 2688 of the
Public Records of St: Lucie County, Florida, and as amended in
Official Records Book 325, Page 1487 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
'This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of

conveyed against all and every person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through
