Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclrnowledges that

ledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits,

provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all ~

Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declara-
tion of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, acid agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknaaledges and confirms ?
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Uvners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to

Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property U.~rters' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirm that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration~oC Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto,
and the common expenses and the. sums due wider the Property Owners' Association and
other charges are estimated only. No warranty ol• guar~rnty is made or intended nor
may one be relied upon except T~lrere the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto..
