POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL I1iEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, BRNST - REINHART
Np~~g, do hereby make, constitute and

appoint my wife, GISELA NOETHEL and my son, PETER NOETHEL
my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do the following acts and to execute the following
powers. I intend that the same be construed in the broadest
possible manner, and be not limited to their strict legal or

1. To ask, demand, sue for, collect, recover and retrieve
all sums of money, debts, dues, accounts, legacies, bequests, in- i
- terest, dividends, annuities and demands whatsoever as are aoar or
shall hereafter become due, owing, payable or belonging to me.
To have, use and take all lawful ways and means in my name or
otherwise for the recovery thereof, and to compromise and agree
for the same, and acquittances or other sufficient discharges for
the same.
2. To make, seal and deliver; to bargain, contract, agree:
for, buy, sell, mortgage, hypothecate and in any and every way and
manner deal in and with goods and merchandise, chows in action
-and other property, in possession or in actiofl. Without intending
any limitation thereon, this-power shall include the right to buy t
or sell securities, including the power to perform all obligations
and take the benefit of all rights under any existing futures con- -
tracts, as well as the power to execute additional futures contrac s.
3. To do and transact all and every kind of business of any
nature and kind whatsoever. ~ _
4. To bargain, contract,-agree for, purchase, receive and
~ take lands, tenements, hereditaments, and accept the seizin and
~ possession of all lands and all deeds and other assurances, and
to lease, let, demise, bargain, sell, release (either partial or _
4 full) convey, mortgage and hypothecate lands, tenements and here-
; ditaments, upon such terms and conditions (including credit., se- x
cured or unsecured) and under such covenants_as he shall think fit
To sign, seal, execute and deliver and acknowledge such deeds,
leases, assignment of leases, covenants, indentures, agreements,
mortgages, hypothecations,.bills of lading, bills,~bonds, notes,
receipts, evidences of debt releases and satisfactions of mort-
gages, either partial or full, 3udgment and other debts, and such
other instruments in writing of whatever kind or nature as may be
necessary or proper in the premises.
5. To attend to all tax matters for me, including any matter
• regarding Social Security, preparation of and signing of Federal
~ Income Tax Returns, any state tax returns, claims for any refund
of any taxes whether Federal , . State or Local , to attend to any
tax litigation or-tax hearings on my behalf.
6. To-attend to all banking matters, including signing or
endorsing of all checks or drafts. To enter into any safe deposit
box that I might have. -
7. To attend to any insurance transactions, including the
