ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on to be heard before this Court upon the
Petition of DELLA M. SIRCOVICS, as personal representative of the
Estate of.GEORGE SIRCOVICS, deceased, for an Order authorizing the
sale of the real property hereinafter described, and the Court finding
that all interested persons have been served proper notice hereof or
have waived notice; and it appearing that the best interests of the
Estate would be served by the sale of said real property, and the
Court being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DELLA M. SIRCOVICS; as personal
representative of the Estate of GEORGE SIRCOVICS, deceased, is- hereby ~
authorized to sell•the following-described real property at private
sale for cash in the amount of $2,000.00:
' Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, ANGLEVILLA SUBDIVISION, ~
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat t
Book 9, page 15, excepting therefrom all rights of
way for public roads and drainage canals, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
