TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT
MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants on the
25th day of March, 1980, in the above entitled Court, .involving
the following described real property situate,. lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 231 feet of the East 447 feet of the
South 351 feet of the North 381 feet of the West
1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the N8 1/4, containing 1.85
acres, more or less, in Section 35, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East,. St. Lucie County,.Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated January 14, 1972, from Ray -
Arlan Vickers and Linda McLain Vickers, his wife, to FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, and by assignment now
owned and held by the Plaintiff herein; which said indenture of
mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 198 at page 2702 of the public

records of St. Lucie County,•Florida.
