March 17, 1980, a hearing was~held before the Court with
respect to the matters disposed of by this Order, upon
consideration it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, GEORGE E. CARTER,
' d/b/a BOWEN WATER CONDITIONING COMPANY, shall produce to the
Plaintiffs all medical records pertaining to the Plaintiff,
EILEEN M. McBRIAR intended to be used in the trial hereof on
or before but in no event no later than 9:00 a.m., March 19,
1980.
